On 19 November the final roadmap was presented to stakeholders at the final event at VUB in Brussels
After two years of intense work, the time has come to share the results of Stan4SWAP. This was done with a festive event on 19 November at the VUB in Brussels.

MEP Pierfrancesco Maran who previously has supported the project hosting an afternoon debate, joined in with a keynote underlining his continued support and appraisal for project like Stan4SWAP which put efforts into work that can benefit us all on the road to a cleaner and decarbonised society.
As also non-experts were invited the day, which was moderated by Anna Gumbau, started with some soft introductions to the market, technical, regulatory and standardisation state of the art by VUB and HYBA. This was followed by brief quiz whereby participants could test their knowledge and allowing the consortium to highlight the education material they have developed under the leadership of Fraunhofer.

The day continued with the results regarding need, pre-normative research and standardisation gaps which have been essential for the design of the final roadmap. This presentation was given by KTM AG, SWOBBEE and Fraunhofer.
After a short coffee break, the participants came back to find a light version of the roadmap on their chairs marking its official launch. The roadmap was presented by BMGI in detail to great satisfaction of the participants. On this base a final panel consisting of Theirry Legrand, CENELEC, Axelle Griffon, CEMR, and Michele Caggiano, Piaggio and moderated by Anna Gumbau discussed the future for clean urban mobility and that swappable battery systems could play a key role. The day was closed by DG RTD represented by Nadya Velikova.
